Job Posting: Marketing and Communications Director, Prattville Area Chamber of Commerce

The Prattville Area Chamber of Commerce is accepting applications for the position of Marketing & Communications Director. Summary of Position: The Marketing and Communications Director is responsible for all aspects of communication for the organization, including brand management, marketing, public relations, advertising, and social media. Provides support for all communication channels including website, newsletter, and all social media channels. In addition, the position is responsible for program development for professional trainings for the Chamber membership and performing other duties related to the organizations business, as prescribed by the President of the Chamber. Candidates must be an energetic, personable, organized and demonstrate success in developing and executing a marketing and communications plan. This position requires a self-starter with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field. The candidate must be results oriented and be accountable for measurable goals. Candidates must maintain a professional demeanor, possess strong verbal and written skills, good decision-making skills and excellent interpersonal, multi-tasking and time management skills. Candidates must be able to work well in and contribute to a team environment and must be willing and able to work a varied schedule. Compensation includes salary with benefits.
