Come join fellow local chamber board members and local chamber staff to learn more about the roles and responsibilities of an effective and active board.
Chamber boards need to consistently operate at a grade level above “passing” in order to achieve real impact on their chambers. Are there characteristics or best practices that are common among high-performing chamber boards? How do you identify the structure and staffing that will help your board consistently be high-performing? Just as you would carefully identify staff positions, it is important to identify the proper structure and staffing of a board that can help move your board beyond “passing” to “impactful.”
