Cathi Hight, Hight Performance Group, Inc. (HPG)

Cathi Hight is a Kaizen consultant and President of Hight Performance Group.  Considered as the Membership Guru and the developer of The Member Retention Kit and A New Approach to Tiered Membership, Cathi’s goal for the CCAA Summer Conference is to help assist chambers of commerce in meeting the expectations of their members.  Her conference topics include realignment strategies that help chambers of all sizes manage constant change, deliver benefits that members value, leverage volunteer and staff resources efficiently, and effectively communicate the value of membership.

With more than 20 years’ experience in performance improvement, Cathi helps clients identify their real problems and solve them!  She is a national trainer for ACCE for membership development and is an instructor for the USCC Institute program.

Justin Patton, Bodylitics

Justin Patton is an international speaker and growth-coach who specializes in helping leaders show up and communicate with stronger presence and credibility.  He believes when you shift your mindset on how you show up then you start to change your results and success. Justin’s expertise in body language will leave CCAA’s Summer Conference participants both fascinated and slightly paranoid. For the CCAA Summer Conference, Justin will combine both humor and real-life examples to get you thinking about how you show up and how you can learn to see what most people miss.

Justin’s journey took him from teaching high school English and creative writing in Kentucky to coaching leaders in Fortune 500 companies across the country. He managed the National sales training department for Anthem BlueCross BlueShield where he coached top sales performers on how to communicate with stronger impact. Additionally, Justin facilitated leadership and communication skills programs in Russia, Canada, and throughout the United States for Yum! University. After starting his own company, Justin was hired to teach the largest RGM leadership program in Taco Bell’s history and he is now a faculty member for the Institute of Organizational Management.

For your planning purposes, onsite conference sign-in begins at 11am

and the conference starts at 1pm on Wednesday, August 5, 2015 .

The conference will conclude at 11:45am on Friday, August 7, 2015.


Cancellation deadline is July 22, 2015.  In order to obtain a refund, all cancellations must be received in writing at the CCAA office.  Refund policy is as follows:  Cancellation notices received by July 22, 2015, will receive a full refund less an administrative fee of $75.  Any registrant who does not submit cancellation correspondence by July 22, 2015, is required to pay the balance in full, whether you are able to attend the conference or not.  Registrants may substitute attendees without penalty upon notification, however, appropriate member/non-member rates will apply to substitute attendees.  CCAA is not responsible for lost or misdirected mail.
