On Thursday, July 16, 2026, the Chamber of Commerce Association of Alabama (Alabama Chambers) will host the 2026 National Civics Bee aimed at encouraging more young Americans to engage in civics and contribute to their communities. Twelve middle-school students from across Alabama will participate in the competition to demonstrate their civics knowledge and discuss how they would solve a problem facing their community.
